Teaching

Michael has been teaching and mentoring students for nearly 20 years. He has taught at the undergraduate, graduate, and college level. His teaching is focused on real estate. He has taught real estate management, real estate development, physical asset management, and financial planning (real estate) courses. He has advised and mentored 40+ student projects at Queen’s and Cornell in the MBA and Executive MBA (EMBA) level.

Michael has a number of course proposals in the works including Real Estate Management (MBA level) and Financial Modelling in Real Estate (Bachelor of Commerce).

Michael is available to teach nationally and internationally at the undergraduate and graduate level.

  • Project Course Supervisor, Queen’s University & Cornell University  (2013 - 2021)

    • Supervised 40+ Queen's Full-Time MBA and Cornell-Queen's Executive MBA students during their graduate thesis project courses over the span of 8 years. Specifically advised projects in real estate development, investment, and operations areas.
